It's almost been 2.5 years of my hosting experience with webhostingpad.com and I am very pleased with their support and QoS. Till now, I have raised 3 tickets (two of them regarding domain sales, and one of them regarding the secondary FTP accounts which I was not able to figure out how to connect). All of the 3 tickets were literally answered within minutes, with reliable responses. Other than that, they have unmatched low rates for their hosting packages with a more-than-enough storage space, bandwidth, and a reputed control panel, cPanel.

I must admit that I'm totally satisfied with Webhostingpad. They are the cheapest in the market if you subscribe for 3 years (only $1.99 per month). Well, cheaper price doesn't mean the service is not good. In fact, Webhostingpad team is doing a very well job in terms of server uptime and live support. I have contacted them a couple of times to ask some technical details or enquiries and the technical support personnel are always there to help me.

They are the perfect site for all that I need to do with my online business. There uptime is okay, and customer service can leave a little something to be desired, however if you get the right person you are on your way to a successful resolution. I have really enjoyed the combination of the low prices at web hosting pad along with the good service. I have used a couple other hosts in the past Go Daddy and 1and1 and honestly did not notice the difference. For the money Web Hosting Pad has been a good solution.

Webhostingpad has the fastest shared hosting I've seen. It only takes a few seconds to upload large files, where as it takes significantly longer on other web hosts.
Overall I've been really happy with them. I only had two minor problems over the course of the two years I've used their service, and their support resolved them quickly.

My experience with webhostingpad has been overall positive. Most of the time when I have any issues their support people are there fro me and can get me through any hard spots. Of course with unlimited space there is plenty of room for anyting I might need to add on. Overall they are a very good place to be!
