These people seem to really try but they continue to struggle. Not sure what the issues are for them but am hoping they will get a bit better.

Stay where you are if you are looking around, these people have some problems to take care of and it seems to be taking some time.

I feel that this is the worst possible choice for a domain registrar and a website host company. The reasons:
-Really bad support help
-Changing your account is pretty much impossible
-Don't lose your PW-you will be out of luck
-Tech support offered a hold time on the phone for 10 minutes at a min.

Am satisfied with the effort here with this host, they have been very helpful for me and my work. No one is perfect and occassionally there is a screwup but in general they are fine.

My experience with the tech support staff was not a positive one.
When one has a question-one needs an answer in an acceptable amount of time.
That was just the tip of the iceburg. My relationship with this host is over.

However, I think you might have misunderstood my post.The point I'm making is utiialbsy improvements are permanent, and last for the lifetime of the web site.Online advertising is temporary. Your banner ad campaign will only generate results for a limited time. Once the campaign is complete, your traffic will go back down to a more normal level.As to conversion unless your web site is converting traffic at 100% (and the best I've ever seen is about 20% conversion) then there's definitely room for improvement and no such thing as good enough. Unless you like having 8 out of every 10 people abandon a shopping cart never to return.My point is making utiialbsy changes to your eCommerce web site means additional incremental sales for the lifetime of your web site and that's bigger than big and a secret that really good eCommerce marketers understand and leverage.If you still don't believe me, then feel free to sign up for my service and I'll provide you with a utiialbsy expert review, including recommendations for improvements that you can try out using A/B testing. The issue is the simple way to do it. The more age on a dmaion, the higher it appears to go with even a modest S.E.O effort. There's nothing wrong with the site. Constant database issues.
Rotten customer support.
They will suspoend your account, at the drop of a hat-if you go over the amount of bandwidth that you are supposed to use. Thank you and I am done.

In the past five or so years that i have been working with SL, i have been pretty pleased by how much it has cost me for starters. I don't want to pay much for hosting. I have thought of switching but every time i do, i just decide that it wouldn't be worth the trouble. My sit is up and it stays up for the most part. They always have a good reson for the down time anyway.

Am pleased with their service although it is not the easiest site to navigate, so I would prefer it be a bit more user friendly for those of us who are not tech heads. Support has always been fine for my concerns.
