I am satisfied with Site5’s customer service and tech support. The features are easy to use i.e. cpanel. I don’t mind paying the extra for the service and support that I have received. I have sent in support tickets that were answered in less then one hour. Great job Site5.

There easy site builder made it simply to get my site up and running in a few hours. cPanel is great and customer service is the greatest. it is nice to be able to understand what the customer service rep is saying while they are trying to help you solve a problem.

My accounts was hacked and started sending spam messages, Site5 contacted me about an "emergency" and immediately and wanted me to diagnose and correct the problem on the spot. When I didn't respond fast enough they suspended the offending sub-account, until I was able to look at it and clear up the situation.

Developers probably want to look into more hardcore services, as setting up things as simple as RoR can be a chore, and their PHP support is limited for security reasons. Still, for simply hosting WordPress blogs that get a small amount of traffic, it does the job.

I started with site5 years ago and all was just great - friendly support, fast server, many features. I was in 'inanna' server. I have changed up a bunch over the last few years but with site5 it is simple to do and I am always greeted with a friendly voice when I need some help from their support team.

I have mixed reviews about Site5. I signed up for them because they offer cheap hosting service with a good admin tool and 27/7 support. Sounds pretty good, right? Web programming is tough,but they have 24/7 support, which is good because you will need this support. Once you figure how to work everything it is a great service, it just takes sometime to get a grib on what you are doing.

I have never been with a more reliable company. The uptime is excellent and customer service is always friendly and helpful. My only issue is that the space is not has sufficient as I would like and the speed tends to be slow at times.

the service that they provide is satisfactional however if you ever need customer support that is not so great. customer support is not as knowledgeable as they should be and in fact while i was speaking with clarie i heard a baby crying in the background.
