Where to start? I transferred several websites to PacificHost to try the hosting out before I moved the other sites that I host. I encountered problems from the very beginning. Every site that utilized Cloud Fire would go down multiple times a day for 20-60 minutes at a time. After several days of nearly 60% uptime (tracked by mon.itor.us and Pingdom.com), PacificHost told me that it was a Cloud Fire problem. OK, can you fix the problem? Apparently the answer is no. They disabled Cloud Flare, and the uptime improved, but not to the expected level. I am still getting downtime and the reports from the two monitors above put my uptime at 80-89%. In two months, I have opened 8 support tickets (all significant) and have had none resolved.

There are so many useful features included in their hosting plans. I have been very satisfied with their services and I would highly recommend their services. I suggest that anyone new to site building and looking for a new provider or even looking to move from their existing host, place PacificHost on the top of their list.

Every conversation was pleasant and helpful. Every question resolved to my satisfaction. No complaints about stupidity of the questions or late time (few conversations went past midnight). I am pleased dealing with PacificHost web hosting.They have the quickest support ever. I particularly like cPanel which I never had before and the ability to do things like upload zipped files and unzip them in file manager. Their servers have only been down once while I have been with them and during that time they kept me fully informed/updated as to the progress being made in getting them back online. Live chat is a great way to get help, friendly and very helpful, directing you in the right place if they cannot give you help on the spot. The ticket system works great and everytime I used it when I needed it I got clear, concise and helpful replies to what I needed to do or what they were doing to resolve my problems. For all that, though, the support has still been far faster and friendlier than what I had to put up with before! The speed of my websites has been amazing since I switched from my old host and that was the main factor that made me want to switch in the first place. I haven't experienced any downtime at all so far.

I find PacificHost to be fantastic. I have been hosted with other companies before, but frankly speaking was impressed by the quality of the services provided by pacifichost team. They are also great with helping you move from other hosts to them.
There have never been problems, the sites were always up and working as expected.

Hosted with Pacific Host for many months now. They have replies to all tickets I have ever sent in within a few minutes and nothing ever took more than I'd say 2 hours to resolve. The only time my site wasn't working good, they let me know the server I was on was having trouble and they transferred me to another server with no problems at all. Another time they freely restored one of my sites from a recent backup because a hacker got in and they helped me a script bug so no more hacks could occur.
