Using them for more than a year, I want to drop a line about them. Their servers are fully-redundant, scalable and flexible, control panel is usable and has web master-friendly interface, prices are hot high and their discounts are nice and help to save some finds. Support works around the clock. Servers have no outages. Uptime is high. Recommend them to use for those who want to be successful in the IT industry.

It is one of the best that i have tried so far. Very simple to use and the uptime is adequate. I am not saying that they are the best around, but I have used worse.

Our customer service experience from A2 hosting was extremely fantastic and the Technical Support guys we spoke with, to seek assistance were extremly helful. They didn't even make us feel uncomfortable when we tried to seek help for some Technical Issues, like some other companies have done in the past.

I have moved to A2 hosting a few months ago and so far everything is going well with no down time. The support staff moved my site from greengeeks and it was all up in a few hours. I had one minor problem with a php script sending email due to config difference between previous hosting service and a2hosting. A2hosting were extremely helpful in resolving this by adding PEAR smtp module to their servers.

Service is great when it is working or you have no questions. When you do come across an issue it take a while to hear back about your tickets and depending on who you get in customer service you may or may not get your question answered. Overall, however, it is a great site even with this little problem (I say little because it is rare that I need to put in a ticket or call customer service about something on there end, and not an error on mine.

This is one of the few companies that delivers what they promise. I had no issues with setup and the few questions I did have were intelligently answered by John from customer support. The Cpanel offers me an easy interface which makes my everyday life simple.

I did not expect much at this price point, but was pleasantly surprised. A2 Hosting shared hosting is nearly as full featured as any dedicated server, at a fraction of the cost! What's more, you are free from the drudgery of sys admin duties.
All in all, they provide top notch hosting, and I really can't think of any negatives.
