We have moved our email and webhosting to A2 hosting in August 2011. Since then, we have countless number of downtime, unable to connect to server, or if someone sends us an email, it will give them a bounce back that the user name is not valid. And then send another email and it’s valid again.

they are a nice company that helps the customers on every step and phase of web hosting. All my web hosting needs took care of by properly with the team of A2 Hosting. The only reason that I have not given it 5 stars is because there are the occasional issues with uptime.

I have also contacted their support department about our Downtime on Sept, 29, 2011, I called in, was on hold for 15 minutes and no one answered, used the chat function, got a one liner saying they are investigating then 15 minutes later, it just gave me a link to send an email. Support is very bad and unreliable.

I used there service for a year and got good services. I say you can get the web hosting from them at cheap rates. The staff are nice people. Web hosting with them was quality one… I even got the discount hosting plan at their site that I just love. A2Hosting is the best I can ever get for hosting. The discounts are given for some limited periods only and you can get these fast.

Setting up my account was really easy. Had no problems so far, though my blog went online in November… Had a few conversations with customer support and they were polite and helpful. The cons: I am running Wordpress, and sometimes the speed could be better.

I have built an ecommerce business and needed a hosting company. Some of my friends recommended A2 Hosting and I was open to give them a try. My account was set up almost instantly. The price was a no-brainer for me. At the beginning I had quite a few problems, mainly because I wasn’t that techie back then The customer support was quick and very patient. Some downtime from time to time but that is common with any hosting service.

A2 hosting has perhaps been the most consistent web hosting company till now. I have tried many web hosting companies but none has satisfied me like A2 Hosting and I have now been a part of this company since past 2 years. I would not say that I didn’t face any issue even once in 2 years because issues do arise. But then I had a great technical support that solved my queries almost immediately!

This host is a developer's dream as they have most web languages available and updated. PHP extensions can be installed on demand almost instantly thanks to their prompt live support service (applies to all packages, even cheap ones). My only wish is that they should allow more than one subdomain for their cheapest package, as well as offer real discount prices for domains when getting registration hosting
