I had begun my website building experience with godaddy.com, that was way out of my, "no experience" league. So, I canceled the website with them and searched online for something easier to use. I came across web hub and the website that was rating web building sites said yours was one of the easiest to use. Which would be true if you wanted a really BASIC page. I wanted a great photography website, but there isn't room for customization, I couldn't embed music into the site to just play automatically on all pages, the choices of backgrounds were really minimal and I coudln't adjust the text or anything to really personalize the site. Your tech support has been very helpful. However, the site itself, I may not keep due to it's lacking in personalization and seems uninteresting to the viewer.

However, after the 3-month money back guarantee period was over, I started receiving emails saying 'your account is using up a lot of our resources'. I have two sites hosted in webhostinghub - a wordpress site and an html one. Both sites do not get much traffic. In contrast, I have 15 sites hosted in Hostgator (baby plan) and I have no issues (just that the alloted inodes were used up). I won't recommend webhostinghub as there are better options out there.

Bad tech service, hung up on twice, waited 20 minutes, didn't solve any problems, meaning I had to figure them out on most calls. I very frustrated with these guys.

I was happy with the service up until a few weeks ago. Lately my site seems to be down often and customer service seems unexperienced and lacking the want to help the customer. I was on hold the other day for a half hour and then when someone finally picked up they asked me to hold so they could look into the issue and after holding for another 20 minutes they simply disconnected the call.

The negatives are:
- I cannot access the control panel instantly. It will take around 2 hours for the account to get approved. Then, their sales representative will call.
- The control panel is not that attractive. It uses CPanelX but seems like the old version.
- The price is somewhat high.
The pros are:
- The sales representative is very friendly. I had a nice chat with him, even though English is not my native language.
- It can access the website and FTP with no problem, even though I'm from Malaysia and my website is hosted in USA. iPage has this problem.
- The support is fast, via chat, ticket or phone.

I work in web design and I have tried many web hosting company over the years and even tho WHH wasn't that bad on the "hosting side" I never had that much problem with the support... Re- billing me even if I asked for my account to be cancelled, long response time, answer to my questions that didn't answered anything. Refusing to refund me even if I showed them the e-mails I sent them to cancel my account. They are clearly a bunch of robbers and they don't take customer service seriously. Good word of advice choose another hosting company... You can find better and cheaper easily.

I'm not sure if this is a bad provider or an outright scam
A few weeks after switching to webhostinghub, they were hacked and 700,000 websites (including mine) were defaced. I contacted them and requested to have my 3 year hosting account cancelled and my money refunded. That was 4 months ago, and I still haven't seen my refund. I thought that $5/month for unlimited everything was too good to be true. Turns out, it was!

Although they have always been good in the past lately I have noticed a lot of unexplained downtime. In the last month I have noticed that my site was down a total of 2 hours. This may seem like nothing to some but to me it is two hours of money that I might be losing. I am hoping that they will fix whatever is going but if you are looking for a host right now I would steer clear of them while they are having these issues.

It's been almost 9 months since I began using Web Hosting Hub and I am extremely pleased. I am only semi-literate on most tech issues.
