It's been almost 9 months since I began using Web Hosting Hub and I am extremely pleased. I am only semi-literate on most tech issues. A few weeks after switching to webhostinghub, they were hacked and 700,000 websites (including mine) were defaced. Although this was a major issue, it was the only one that I have experienced in 3 years. I am happy with the service and experience little to no downtime.

I moved my websites to WebHostingHUB recently. During the setup I had a problem with showing the content from my database. I couldn't figure it out the reason why it shows from previous hosting but not on Hub's. Live chat with Christian O - tech support took care of it all. He checked and explained to me the reason. He helped me to fix it.

I had begun my website building experience with godaddy.com, that was way out of my, "no experience" league. So, I canceled the website with them and searched online for something easier to use. I came across web hub and the website that was rating web building sites said yours was one of the easiest to use. Which would be true if you wanted a really BASIC page. I wanted a great photography website, but there isn't room for customization, I couldn't embed music into the site to just play automatically on all pages, the choices of backgrounds were really minimal and I coudln't adjust the text or anything to really personalize the site. Your tech support has been very helpful. However, the site itself, I may not keep due to it's lacking in personalization and seems uninteresting to the viewer.

I have used several web hosting services in the past, including those provided by my ISP. I have often found these services to be too limited (the ISP hosted services) or difficult to navigate. Web Hosting Hub provides an easy to use Control Panel with enough options for the beginner and the more advanced user. When I did have some problems with my login for the Web Hosting Hub supplied web creation software and my FTP connection, I chatted online with James and one other tech both of whom were patient and knowledgeable. The second tech stuck with me as I worked through a problem related to my FTP software. I am very satisfied with my hosting choice.

Finally truly customer service & support dedicated hosting company! Setup was easy - I was up and running in minutes. I had complicated setup with multiple domains and os-commerce, and their 2nd level support was very quick and got me to where I wanted to be with one phone call. Can't really comment on the uptime and reliability yet, but from what I read online they are in good standing.

I was looking for the provider with reliable support at a decent price. HUB is the 3rd hosting provider I deal with. All of them out there pretty much have all the same features, but HUB has just a bit extra to offer on the feature side with really excellent support team. I think they are out of Virginia Beach. Would definitely suggest to a friend.

I recieved an answer to my question on a holiday night (2 am) within 4 hours (6 am).
