The price was awesome and the interface was totally user friendly. I was thrilled with the uptime as well as suport staff. I can't get the support help that I need now. Which is superbly frustratin cuz soma my sites are down and have been for hours and hours...

The interface is not bad. The hosting is ok too. The customer service/support is pretty bad though. I was unable to ever talk to a manager. My issue was all about billing. They put a charge on my card that I did not authorize and then would not adress the problem at all. I even asked to talk to any departments manager and could not get one on the phone.
