This host sometimes sucks and other times is good, so they aren't very consistent. I can maneuver around their inconsistencies but others may not have the patience.

They are doing a average job here and that is fine with me but I don't have any big business located here. I'm a small timer so maybe don't need as much as others. If you don't have a lot of technical needs you might be fine here.

i do have a great many hosts. I have had some endless trouble with this host. It would bemy sincere proposal that anyone wishing to have a serious website for commerce to go to another host.

Try to look elsewhere if you are looking, these people used to be good and all was good at the beginning but that has changed. Support team does not help now, don't know what is happening.

I was initially pretty happy with what they offered. The service was good, it seemed reliable. Then things changed. The customer service is non=existant. The tech team is clueless. The downtime is endless.

Pretty solid performance for a low monthly fee. Main strengths are their speed and reliability. I like their featured control panel and their Community Forum is so helpful for technical questions. They have free tools and utilities in their resource center and upgrade their servers all the time. So far my uptime with them haspractically 100%. I would recommend their service because of its size and dependability.

The term "bounce" is not enough when you think about lost e-mails. The e-mails getting bounced or lost has been an issue that I can't deal with while usingpowweb. I have tried a few things to stop this from happening. I turned off my spam filter amoung other things and that did not help at all. If you need to be sure to get your e-mails then go with someone else.

My main problem with pow web is the perl set-up. It is not so good. The yabb mesaage forum soiftware is what I use, and my site is not any more complicated than that. Because powweb have been making changes to to the way they handle the perl installation it has made the scripts stop working . That is the whole issue with the scripts not working, it has nothiong to do with usersilike they say.

The price is good with them-for the basic sites that I do have. My relationship has gone on with them for over five years and they have stayed the same throughout. That right there means stability to me. My site is very reliable and has not had any major problems.

My satisfaction with this organization is substantial, they have done nothing but be supportive and try to fix whatever it is I need. Their user friendliness could be a bit better, it seems a bit clunky compared to the quality of the rest of it. But I would recommend them.
