They are also good at working with you on issues like video conversion issues. They are excellent for new users and experienced users alike. They are always providing updates on any new company announcements and changes on twitter. Everytime I login to my cpanel I see the updates which is a pretty neat idea. The speed and reliablity has surpassed their 99.9% uptime guarantee for several months now and never had an issue, they are quite honestly - fantastic.

These guys are pretty good, haven't had hardly any issues with them. Signup was a breeze and for the two times I submitted a support ticket they always answered within an hour so I was pleased with that too. I just needed some help installing phpmotion on my site and they did it so thats good. The control panel is nice too, I mean it's cPanel so not much more to say about that. Overall this is a great host I've had a good time with
