Now, I know no company is perfect, but justhost is pretty close, even after two years of service.
I really find this company to be very good, we’ve never had any problems whatsoever, I can’t speak for anyone else’s experience, only ours and it’s been very good. No major issues at all. The customer service is fine, the billing is good and they don’t try to pull a fast one on you, we’ve had great uptime and no issues with our site going down.

Once we had a technical issue and (I know they all say this)…but they actually delivered and solved the problem. What you get for the pricing is just amazing, all the features and apps, their cpanel layout is the bomb. There are scripts on there that we don’t even use yet, but probably will someday, it’s nice to know that they are there if we need them…and there is no additional fees.

I would sincerely reccommend this company, their hosting and service are pretty solid. I missed unchecking some box during the checkout period and got this added thing that I didn’t want, with just one phone call the issue was resolved. My uptime has been great and everytime I have a question their customer service provided me with educated answered.

Their customer service was really good, but it wasn’t like I was pushing the limits of the servers over there, and the beginning price was really good! The first year of the contract came out to only around $60…which is sweet. I got all the space and traffic I wanted for one low price, and they do offer a free domain which you don’t have to renew…this it’s free for life. I have had nothing but a good experience.

I have a e-comm site with Just host and had no idea what to do so I was really relying on their support team. The JustHost c-panel is greatly configurated with all I need to create, manage, edit, host, sell, market, research and incorporate any web element into the site seemlessly. RV Site builder is great and comes with it's library of images and lots of interfaces for multimedia like youtube and music files. From rv alone, you can configure your own website, blog, newsletter, gallery, contact forms and guest books. Other software I had immediate access to was not too complicated and needed experience I didn't have.

The good things about JustHost is that they give a good level of support by email and phone. It may take a few hours for them to answer their email, but if you need to speak with someone right away you can just find the phone number on their site and then you can speak with a live human being immediately and without any wait. The only thing that I didn’t like about them is the fact that when you renew they try to charge you a price which is over $9 and this is more than twice what a new customer would pay.
