I have been with Inmotion Hosting for many years and our website and email have never experienced any downtime. There is no better webhost service out there. Even though it is a little more costly then other services available it is well worth it. The majority of the lower cost services have nothing but issues. When ever someone is complaining about their hosting service I always direct them to InMotion.

I bough a business power plan from them the past november to host our business page and i am happy, i had some doubts and support have been helping me a lot and their response times are fast, also they check the problem in your account so if you cant fix it they help you to succeed. Their 24/7 tech support is not matched by any one else. I have called them frequently for questions I knew didn't really relate to their hosting, but more to ask them for help with questions I thought they might know the answer to. They always, bend over backwards to help any way they can, and that includes in the middle of the night. Except for the cost, I've very happy with them, and after changing over to them from another company that cost less, the cost is not really a big deal for the quality of service they provide.

InMotion Hosting is amazing. They have the most professional and quick response customer service in the business hands down. The servers have quick download and upload times, CPanel and WebBuilder are user friendly and quick to learn even for newbies such as myself. Their pricing is very competative and the deals are a great value. Overall I must say the best is their quick customer service. When you really need them, they'll be there. If it's a big emergency they will send your ticket to first priority. A for them.

I thought the "talk live" support would be a computer like some other businesses I have wanted technical support from. You know, I type in a question and I get an unrelated question as a response. But if it was a computer answer...it fooled me. The response was quick, correct and to the point. My question was probably uncommon and not worded too logically - but I got an answer with no problem. Everything went smooth setting up. Ran into my first glitch and had to contact support for the first time. Turned out to an issue with my isp blocking a port. Entire chat (diagnosis and work-around) took 45 sec! Awesome.

I've been with InMotion for about a year and a half and I've not had any real problems with them. The site has stayed up as far as I can tell without ever going down. I've called tech support a couple times for small things and they were generally helpful once I was able to speak to the right person.
