As such, they've made themselves attractive to a wide span, from individual customers to Fortune 500 companies. With top tier data centers, they have a 99.9% uptime guarantee, backed by 24/7 security. Customer service and support is their bailiwick. They commissioned a 3rd party to conduct a survey of their customer service in 2008 and the results showed over 90% of customers would recommend them. Their hosting plans include shared and dedicated hosting, and VPS. All plans come with an impressive set of features.

Since being with Host Gator I have yet to report one downtime on my server longer than 10 minutes. They are always willing to win your side with Script, PHP, and MYSQL support; I had my forum programming go whack and the HostGator support team of course fixed it.

HostGator has everything you could want. The price is very low (beaten by a few but none that provide the same value). Downtime is rare. Turnaround quick. Definitely room for improvement but more in extra non-essential features and still miles ahead of the rest.

I've been with HostGator for almost a year now and so far so good. I have not experienced downtime yet (and I'm hoping to avoid downtime) HostGator's customer service respond fast as well to my inquiries. Though my inquiries were small their responses were spot on.

I really like the price and the day to day support with HostGator. When I have a big problem I know that the techs will be responsive, and continue to escalate the issue as necessary until the problem is addressed.

For average customers, Host Gator provides a normal website host that does not involve a large Linux enviornment but rather knowledge of cPanel is easier. For those clients that aren't quite as good, HostGator provides a Site Maker which is fantastic for new clients into the website hosting world.

HostGator is a very great service. They have great customer support, great features, 100% uptime and that too at really affordable prices. Their customer support is really fast. I had submitted 2 to 3 tickets and they answered it within a day. That was really appreciable.
Their cPanel is so user-friendly that even a beginner can start off with great addons such as sitebuilder. They support all the scripting languages and that was one great thing I always loved. They supported PHP, mySQL, Ruby, Javascript, and their servers were also very fast. HostGator is suitable for every customer that walks in their way. They have different plans which supports the needs of different people. As far as the service of HostGatoe is concerned they are way ahead of all other hosting service providers.

I don't know if there's been a change with them recently, but I've experienced more downtime in the last year than ever before. I've got a few dozen sites with them and I'm hoping they've finally got this problem fixed. I'd like to stay.

With HostGator I've got the best hosting so far. I never had a single downtime and the speed is extremely fast. I only needed support 1 time so far, and I got it directly. Their affiliate systems is also one of the best one available and it made me earn the amount so I could buy hosting for 6 years in advance already!
