Being that I have multiple sites on my account, some I own and some I have for clients, when billing comes it all falls under one umbrella. I have no problem with this, except that if one service does not pay one month (a client doesn't send payment etc) ALL of my packages are effected.

Overall, I like HostGator. They are waaaay better than the previous host I had. That company started off great, but got to 60% downtime. I never have that problem with HG.

Their support is amazing, friendly, and never make you feel "stupid" like some others. Even their forum members are EXTREMELY helpful when it comes to learning the ins and outs of this CPanel and hosting stuff. I have no complaints at all.

i just signed up for hostgator and they had me up in five minutes!! i had to upload some files and what took 3 hours to upload via ftp on godaddy took 15 min on my vps. i have never been so impressed with a hosting co in my LIFE! hostgator is awesome!

I am with Hostgator since 2005 and I am pleased with the service I get. I needed a hosting plan that offers unlimited space, traffic an unlimited number of DOMAINS. I have 36 domains now and it costs a little more than a hundred bucks per year. I like that deal! Experienced a few glitches here and there, but the customer service is very responsive.

I have hosted hundreds of sites on thousands of servers and I have to say, HG is by far the best, most well mannered, most customer oriented team I have even seen. Their customer support is absolutely outstanding. Their features go well above and beyond that of any other hosting company I have ever used and their speed is phenomenal. I had an issue just a few weeks ago - my email was not working properly and their support staff spent almost 6 days working on it for me. HG is one of the most reliable and affordable solutions on the global market.
Their features are suitable for both professionals and newbies. The Cpanel administration is running very effectively, almost any updates/requests/changes are applying immediately. No need for waiting on cron jobs. Its almost like you have a VPS, but without the hassle of maintaining and updating the envoriment.
The only bad thing about HG, it that although it has stable and reliable response times, and stuff, its not a speedy solution. The good thing is they sell VPS appliances also, so you'll always have an option to upgrade if its neccesary.

I have found the Package provided by Host Gator to be more than satisfactory and in fact gives you more than what you expect in certain aspects! I have been with Host Gator since 2010 and their hosting is very good and I do recommend it.
