Godaddy is a very big host so they do have some things that seem to fall thru the cracks. But overall I'm okay with staying here as they get it right most of the time.

I really have had no issues since I came here. I don't have anything big and am not handling clients so that may be why it's easier. They have always been helpful.

I tried to setup an account for my customer, I tried to pay for it-for them, even tried to set up custom website-could do none of those. It seems to me tha godaddy does not like resellers but instead considers them to be competition.

The waiting game started with the initial time I waited to set up after I signed up…Then I had to wait for wordpress to finish installing…I wait for my pages to load…it is really just too much. When I put in a help ticket I then had to wait for more than 24 hours to get feedback. I do not believe that what they offer is actually the stated "high" speed.

I am doing well here, although it appears other reviewers are having a tough time. Not sure what the deal is but support has been there and features are useful, it has good space, etc. So I'm good to go for a while unless something changes drastically.

Their staff could use some customer service training. The dedicated server is not as good as it could be. Because is did so much work and customised my site so heavily it did make it hard to decide to move to another host.

They've been used before, likley in another auto of the same make and somehow ended up in a junkyard or salvage-yard. Also , vehicle's manufacturer guaranty doesn't get cancelled if you install a second hand OEM part in your car. In reality they're available now and then and at the only restraint of the dealer. Alexjulio 12, 2011 Tengo 5 tiendas onnile hechas con magento, y una de ellas la tengo alojada con Ipage. Magento necesita unas especificaciones un poco superiores de servidor, ya que no todos los servidores tienen potencia suficiente para mover bien un Magento…pero con este alojamiento no he tenido nunca ningfan problema. There are several negative aspects interacting right now that are making me very frustrated. I have had some patience here but am ready to move on, am not confident they will recover.

Both dedicated as well as virtual server hosting leaves a lot to be desired. I have not been pleased at the way I was treated by the billing team. There are issues with the SMTP servers that has been going on now for a month. I have customised so much and to now move ISP's would be really tough. Really have gotten fed up with the people at billing as they constantly put me off with the promise of them working on it and trying to work it out.

GoDaddy has not always been the greatest site but their prices are wonderful so am willing to tolerate some of the issues. Of course none of the issues have incapacitated anything for me so until that happens I'll probably stick.

godaddy is just holding their own, I think they could do better. I'm not sure I would want to recommend them right now so be careful if you are looking at them.

Not a problem here although I see others are having issues. So far I've been pleased although my issues are much smaller than some. But they are not all bad.
