We have had technical problems for the past six months with our web page. I have been in constant communications with advanced technical support and can never get the same person twice. Every time requires a complete explaination of the problem and reworking what others have already done. They never find the problem and it continues to plague my business. I give up and will leave GoDaddy for a more reliable site as soon as possible. The only reason I stuck around this long is to prevent the complete rebuild of my web site.

Any business or person who is intent on a successful business should really think hard about the damage this run of the mill, cheap, poor quality and outright low class customer service has to offer.
I would not be saying anything if it was not for the bad customer service and constant games that GoDaddy prefers to rub off on the customer.
After being with GoDaddy for 9 years, I have finally realized the damage this company has done. Spent over $3500 in the past 2 years and only recently have I noticed the run around. When I did a return recently for 3 seperate products, amounting to about $125.00 I received nothing but games and no return - even though all is backed by a guarantee and return policy. Purchased the wrong product, asked for return within same day, nope... no return.
When I purchased a dedicated server - very slow. Constant outages, and often unable to reach support to verify what the problem is with the server... a brand new server. In the Business world, you are down, you are without business. If you use Google or other feeds and the feeds reach out to your links while GoDaddy servers are experiencing outages, you will have suspended products and potential time out from the feed listings for a problem you have no control over...
When you choose GoDaddy, be certain you choose something that works for your needs. Something that you will not ever regret and make absolutely certain you will not damage your reputation in the process. This company, GoDaddy is of the cheapest domain registrars in the marketplace with all their offers and gimmicks, but they are not the most reasonable priced when you add up the continual bad customer support. They stand as the worst in the business - the only thing that keeps them up and competitive is the coupon offers - the service just sucks!

I use GoDaddy because they can be pretty cheap. But that's where the positive ends. Their customer support is terrible, they charge for hosting after you've cancelled it, but the biggest turn off for me is the constant barrage of useless add ons and extras they bombard you with when trying to buy a domain. It really does remind me of an arrogant American company who just think they are the best at everything they do and force their rubbish on you at every available opportunity!

Im an experienced web developer and have used many hosting companies over the years, but GoDaddy have by far the worst user interface ive ever come across. It's extremely difficult to find what you want; the site design and layout is inconsistant and changes between pages, and I often leave in frustration after 15 minutes of trying to navigate their site because it's so confusing.
Once everything is set up and running however they are wonderful. Uptime has been outstanding and customer service is knowledgable and friendly.

GoDaddy told me that my site is allowed to be hosted on their servers. This was before I got hosting with them. I hosted my site for years with no problems (other than the fact that I absolutely hated their control panel). One day I ask for support, and my site gets shut down. I asked what rule it violated; rather than a specific rule, I got a very non-specific 3 paragraphs of their ToS--none of my site fell under any of the violations, and I never received a response after that.
GoDaddy lied to me and stole my money--I will never forgive them for their crappy service.

GoDaddy is ok the only real complaint I have with them is their e-mail (It does not work very well) they change their ports all the time so your always reconfiguring your e-mail. Otherwise, the uptime is adequate and customer service can be helpful (depending on who you get)

I've had technical problems with my website and/or email hosting at least once a year for the 5 years I've been with them. Customer support takes a while to answer and often times they say the the problem is on my end. When the site is up and running I am fine, although it does tend to run slow from time to time.

My experience of many years has been the GoDaddy provide excellent tech support and customer service. They are "fully priced", i.e. not cheap, but then I find that I get what I pay for. GoDaddy is my go-to hosting service when I really need the most reliable service. And again, the tech and customer support is outstanding - the best of any hosting service I have used.

They are the best! Not only when things go right! The also stand out when things go wrong. I ordered their shopping card and it is a great product but I couldn't use it for my very specific needs......it was unbelievably easy to cancel the shopping card solution AND the SSL certificate and get a FULL refund. GODADDY!!

GoDaddy is clearly paranoid about security (with good reason) the five servers we reviewed were all heavily secured with all the ‘dangerous’ PHP functions being disabled in some way or another.

So far, my experience with Go Daddy has been good. Yes, their servers should be faster, but I do not know of any other providers that can offer the MS SQL and ASP.NET for the same price

I have never had a problem with hosting with godaddy. Their customer service is tops and their renewal system is ideal. They send you constant emails about your account be renewed so that you ca make sure not to miss it and loss what you have.
