]I have used Pacifichost for my persoanl and business sites for 2 years now. I like being able to email people I know every year and know I will get a prompt response. They are also good at working with you on issues like video conversion issues. They are excellent for new users and experienced users alike. I did not know nothing when I started and they worked with me to help get me started with the installation of my video script. Now I rarely need them, but whenever something comes up I know they will be there with a quick answer.
