]Support is always very helpful and quick to answer. They answer queries very professionally whether over the phone or online chat. I never had any problems with them. The only problem I had was mySQL connect error, which they responded to very quickly and tackled in 5 minutes.
]I thought the "talk live" support would be a computer like some other businesses I have wanted technical support from. You know, I type in a question and I get an unrelated question as a response. But if it was a computer answer...it fooled me. The response was quick, correct and to the point. My question was probably uncommon and not worded too logically - but I got an answer with no problem. ]iPage is a great hosting option for beginners. I was enticed by their great price and good reviews, but was slow in creating my first page after signing up. Within a week customer service called me asking if they could help me get started because they saw I wasn't active. After a one-on-one tutoring session the site was up and operating and I've been using the easy site builder tools ever since. Highly recommended.
]JustHost customer service was really good, but it wasn’t like I was pushing the limits of the servers over there, and the beginning price was really good! The first year of the contract came out to only around $60…which is sweet. I got all the space and traffic I wanted for one low price, and they do offer a free domain which you don’t have to renew…this it’s free for life.
]Everything went smooth setting up. Ran into my first glitch and had to contact support for the first time. Turned out to an issue with my isp blocking a port. Entire chat (diagnosis and work-around) took 45 sec! Awesome.

]JustHost offers great deals, on quality hosting. The only thing that I really don't like about them, is that they are constantly trying to get more money out of me. They concentrate on marketing in every aspect, emails and even ads in the cPanel. It's nothing that greasemonkey can't take care of, of course
]What can I say. Lunarpages has been absolutely great. I have not had much contact with their support but the bit I have had has been great. cPanel is wonderful and my ecommerce site works perfectly
]All I can say is that, this host has been average for the last few years of hosting websites. Their customer service is decent and friendly. Hardly any downtime. I just think I am going to be moving my hosting to another web host as I feel there is room for improvement in several areas.
