]I would advise anyone looking to host a community website to check that the package you purchase from these will be allowed as there servers seem to have problems with the smallest of sites, my community only had 400 members and about 4000 posts and i was on the top package with them.

]My experience of many years has been the GoDaddy provide excellent tech support and customer service. They are "fully priced", i.e. not cheap, but then I find that I get what I pay for. GoDaddy is my go-to hosting service when I really need the most reliable service. And again, the tech and customer support is outstanding - the best of any hosting service I have used.

I ordered their shopping card and it is a great product but I couldn't use it for my very specific needs......it was unbelievably easy to cancel the shopping card solution AND the SSL certificate and get a FULL refund. GODADDY!!

]I've been a fatcow user for almost 3 years now. I think the hosting itself is good compared to the cheap price (but don't expect a lot from a shared hosting ).
