]Going good for me here, have been with them a while and haven't had many problems. My work here is simple but still they have to perform, and I really have no major complaints.
]So far so good, have not had any major issues. Some slowness but am hoping that will resolve, just moved here so am not sure if that is a norm for this host. Will see what happens.

]Both dedicated as well as virtual server hosting leaves a lot to be desired. I have not been pleased at the way I was treated by the billing team. There are issues with the SMTP servers that has been going on now for a month. I have customised so much and to now move ISP's would be really tough. Really have gotten fed up with the people at billing as they constantly put me off with the promise of them working on it and trying to work it out.

They will suspoend your account, at the drop of a hat-if you go over the amount of bandwidth that you are supposed to use. Thank you and I am done.
]They do have a lot of features. You can install like 450 applications with the click of a mouse. Suuport will get back to you when you put in tickets. They also will do live chat with support rtaff in realtime. I could not get a particular type of -TLD domain from them. I was able to get the domain that I wanted from someplace else and then used it with them.
]I was pleased that no matter what I asked them, they could always off an answer. The package that I got was well priced. They also have a ton of FAQ, so it is easy to find answers there.

]I have nothing but good to say for lunarpage, so far all has been good for my businesses, course I'm new here so we'll see but so far so good!
]Try to look elsewhere if you are looking, these people used to be good and all was good at the beginning but that has changed. Support team does not help now, don't know what is happening.
]I would look elsewhere if I were you, I'm considering moving business elsewhere if things don't improve. But they have handled it all before, not sure why this is going on now.
