]I use 1and1 I know there's a lot of bad press about them, but I have been with them for almost 5 years and have found their secrvie to be excellent. I have 2 shared hosting accounts and a dedicated server, I have had a handfull of problems in 5 years but they have always been quickly resolved.
]For the price you pay, servers and speed is reasonable. Support is bad. Their response time for support requests is fast - usually within 30 minutes, but the replies make no sense. Better if they don't bother replying.

]I'm fine here, no big issues for me. They are usually professional and have a good level of competency in my interactions with them.

]I have found them to be good communicators which is important to me in order to run my business. You would do well to take a look at them if you are searching for a new host.
]It's not all bad but there is some wishy washy support and uptime here. They have the possibility to make some good steps forward and I'm hoping that's what will happen.
