]A few weeks after switching to webhostinghub, they were hacked and 700,000 websites (including mine) were defaced. Although this was a major issue, it was the only one that I have experienced in 3 years. I am happy with the service and experience little to no downtime.

]I moved my websites to WebHostingHUB recently. During the setup I had a problem with showing the content from my database. I couldn't figure it out the reason why it shows from previous hosting but not on Hub's. Live chat with Christian O - tech support took care of it all. He checked and explained to me the reason. He helped me to fix it.

]I had begun my website building experience with godaddy.com, that was way out of my, "no experience" league. So, I canceled the website with them and searched online for something easier to use. I came across web hub and the website that was rating web building sites said yours was one of the easiest to use. Which would be true if you wanted a really BASIC page. I wanted a great photography website, but there isn't room for customization, I couldn't embed music into the site to just play automatically on all pages, the choices of backgrounds were really minimal and I coudln't adjust the text or anything to really personalize the site. Your tech support has been very helpful. However, the site itself, I may not keep due to it's lacking in personalization and seems uninteresting to the viewer.

We were looking for a hosting company that offered SSL economically just to drop a few facebook apps on (ie very light usage). Pacific Host had good reviews and seemed to fit the bill pricewise. Initially their Client Portal had a problem then after installing the SSL cert (it took a while as all their instructions didn't match the the system) we found that it wasn't working, filed a ticket which didn't seem to get looked at - then i noticed that they hadn't given us a dedicated ip (so the cert wouldn't work) told them and it got fixed. The Wordpress site we have installed on the domain is down frequently. PH response was that it might be overloading the server, almost no hits or plugins - probably not. Very often I cant even get to the basic control panel (for example now which is why i have time to write this!!!!!!)
]Where to start? I transferred several websites to PacificHost to try the hosting out before I moved the other sites that I host. I encountered problems from the very beginning. Every site that utilized Cloud Fire would go down multiple times a day for 20-60 minutes at a time. After several days of nearly 60% uptime (tracked by mon.itor.us and Pingdom.com), PacificHost told me that it was a Cloud Fire problem. OK, can you fix the problem? Apparently the answer is no. They disabled Cloud Flare, and the uptime improved, but not to the expected level. I am still getting downtime and the reports from the two monitors above put my uptime at 80-89%. In two months, I have opened 8 support tickets (all significant) and have had none resolved.
